Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry that your experience did not match our intention of being the best place you ever worked. We value and consider all feedback and we'll continue to find ways to improve, but I wanted to address a couple of your concerns. First, as we are a high growth organization, there can be additional pressure to focus on not just working hard, but working smart. This allows for us to continue to grow and succeed as a team. Secondly, by having a material focus on Transparency, Clarity, and Accountability, some individuals thrive within that type of environment, and some do not. It doesn't mean that someone is proficient in what they do or not, it just might not translate to alignment of culture. Thank you again for your contribution and feedback.
