Colleagues were good. Salary package was also good. Impressive Working place and environment and infrastructure. also provides bonus to encourage employees.Game activities were good.
Cons
Rotating night shifts were previously assigned by management was fix for one month. But when i was about to leave it was changed to weeks and even they started changing shifts day by day. also changed the week offs only management will decide on what day you will get the week offs previously it was fine but become disaster when they split the 2 offs that is from 2 offs your first off will be on Monday and second off will be on Friday.what was this? At the end of my job i was thinking we are not human beings means the senior management starts behaving like you are animals and we will treat you as the way we want thats why i resigned.
