      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new things which you don’t have prior experience in. A good place to start your career, gain experience and move on to a better company.

      Cons

      No tool related training or certifications provided by company. Mostly employees are underpaid as the quality of work expected is more 1 or 2 designation up eg. Senior analyst will be expected to process manager’s work and process manager will be expected to do associate program manager’s work. Promises related to promotion and increments are rarely met. The growth in the company completely depends on political factors and the program manager’s discretion. Work life balance Increments Career growth Work related training Employee retention
