Pros
The only best reason i find in working at eclerx is the shift timings...you can actually negotiate the shifts at your HR rounds ....nd the other good thing is that girls are not allowed to do a night shift....
Cons
internal management politics (as usual). the other thing is that most of the managers currently on the floor are the guys who have been with the company for more than 4-5 years and have been promoted. so these managers just have the appropriate process knowledge however no skills to manage the human resource. Employees are just considered as a resource . No human touch.at all. Even if you are a working for more than six months, you still might be on bench as they say. no proper management of the infrastructure. No proper training sessions. nd one great thing....u might get an opportunity to work with a manager who does not support unity in team, who objects when u have great time with ur colleagues, u listen to music in ur free time...etc ...etc...many more things... contracdiction of HR policies around the world.
