I am writing to express my concerns regarding certain aspects of eClerx's current hiring policies and the dynamics within the team. It has come to my attention that the company is hiring freshers for positions such as APM or PM, which, in my view, may not align with the overall success of the team. It is disheartening to observe experienced employees eagerly awaiting positions while new hires are placed in roles that require a deep understanding of the job title's intricacies. Working alongside freshers in these positions has presented challenges. Despite their enthusiasm, they seem to lack a comprehensive understanding of the processes associated with their roles. This knowledge gap can lead to difficulties in teamwork and may hinder the overall efficiency of the team.
