Management is disconnected from reality. Your value is based on your GGM ( global gross margin). They put you on as many client projects as they can to "recover their costs" and then expect premium quality work which is logically incorrect. Mgmt is obsessed with you providing 'value addition' to the client, while choosing to ignore what's necessary to provide quality work and meet the actual asks or expectations of client. Some Sr managers like to hold strategy discussions with the aim of boosting their own egos masked as discussing value additions.But they have don't know the basics of effective leadership such as not berating anyone or putting anyone down in front of everyone. All while saying " we are one family".
