Extremely helpful and professional - Computer Support Engineer eConsultants Employee Review

I have been working at this company for almost a year and I can honestly say that it is a great place to work. The culture is positive, collaborative and supportive. The management is professional, ethical and respectful. My manager, Sudhir, is always encouraging me to grow and learn new skills. He gives me constructive feedback and recognizes my achievements. The HR rep, Sharmila, is very helpful and responsive. She handles any issues or concerns with care and efficiency. I also enjoy working with all of my co-workers. They are friendly, talented and hard-working. We have a lot of fun together and we also deliver high-quality results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career.

I can't think of any cons really, but I guess the only thing that I can think of is the benefits package. It is decent, but it could be more competitive and comprehensive. For example, it would be nice to have more options for health insurance, retirement savings, 401k match, and paid time off.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I was laid off from my last job of 7.5 years due to COVID and the economy, I wasn't sure I would ever be happy with a new company. How blessed I was to be hired by eConsultants! The management team is incredible; they are family oriented, kind, generous and really care about their employees. The team with which I work is comprised of members who are dedicated to their work all while managing to have a little fun in the process. I feel like everyone has embraced me as their own and I have done the same. Due to current national conditions, we work from home and stay in touch via video and audio meetings. While retirement isn't in my immediate future, if I can work in this capacity for this company for the remainder of my years, I would never consider retirement. I have way too much fun doing a job that I truly love. Thank you eConsultants for giving me this opportunity.

I have no downsides to report. Every company is different and I am not saying good or bad, so I believe it is up to us as employees to jump in and get the job done.
