Great experience working for eDynamic Learning. Collaborative, fair, reasonable, and dedicated to meeting the needs of learners. Oh, and they also treat freelance writers very well.

The pay isn't the highest, but for this industry, they are in the ballpark. And they give freelancers respect, which helps. Many other companies treat their freelancers poorly while paying them low wages.

Communicative, respects your time effort and autonomy, and collaboration is a strong suite of theirs. Everyone is bright resourceful and comes together to do great things! They are flexible with your needs and value your creative input while being organized communicative and professional. Honestly it was an incredible place to work and I wish I could stay there.

Career momentum and advancement was lacking while I was there (tho this may have changed since they got aquired by Peasons). They simply had no room for advancement and no path towards embettering your career with your time there. This is not because they are terrible people or anything- they simply lacked resources to expand at the time I was there and opportunities would run dry rather than open up.
