Very less work If you are a spy who gives info to management about peers then you a Rockstar here. Nothing other than this. Seriously.

Cons

Bad management They have spies in 1:10 ratio where only spies will get good hike Bad product - No proper design followed - codes are dumped as such Not proper management and decisions made in discussions. HR policies are too bad Basically one can think there is no HR in this company HR or Management dont have courtesy to inform if appraisal will be there or not for financial year They make employees to be looking at their hands always but still even appraisals are too less. Career spoiler.

I really enjoyed my time working at eG Innovations. I worked with a very smart team and we were able to get a lot accomplished. My coworkers had great attitudes and I never felt like people tried to "pass the blame" when something went wrong. We all worked toward a common goal and people left their egos at the door. These are very rare qualities on a marketing team and in a company in general. I truly felt at home at eG Innovations. It's a great place to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

When working with a global team it can be hard to get that sense of camaraderie like you have in a traditional office setting, but weekly team meetings help to bridge that gap.
