      There is no reason to work here

      Cons

      One of the worst organization. Management level is too disgusting. You don't get time to complete your breakfast,lunch, dinner. No work life balance. Manager treats or make you feel as slaves/labors. There's technical in this profile. Manager simply n directly says "Terminate all engineer employees, We can run this department from 10th standard guys". Your senior authority is also non-technical. For sure this is the worst company.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
