Helping nature of only "Some people". Help people to understand the technology not too depth, All you can find here is old managers satisfying their ego by defaming juniors.
Cons
There are many..... 1. Very bad appraisals. 2. Favouritism is a big major problem here. As the total no of ppl working in engineering team are the only one who has stayed for long more than 2 years, otherwise people within 1 year can understand how the work culture here is 3. No options for growing technically, literally you will get paralysed if you stayed here for more than a year. 4. Very Bad management. 5. They have merged the services team with the engineering team hence, degrading the quality of product as well as mindset of the team. 6. tech stack is only java/j2ee related technologies with monlithic architecture, no use of spring boot/security 7. If you raise your voice for bad management, it will backfire against you only so beware..
