Pros

* HR tries to turn this gloomy, negative environment into a bearable place to work * Benefits are good, HR is on top of their tasks and deliver promptly * Many nice people * Excellent design / graphics department run by a talented and visionary person * Intelligent CEO with great experience

Cons

* Actual product is behind market needs and the company's vision * Work-life balance is very poor, depending on your manager, you will get calls on your cell at 7pm, 8pm, even 9pm and for no urgent reason * Time-off policies are clear, but senior management (I don't think this is the case for all departments) makes it tough to approve already earned time off * This is only for a specific department, but some senior management wants you like a robot: there on time (threatening to check computer logs, badge scans, and cameras).. and don't even think of walking away from your desk or walking to the kitchen to grab something... but you have to stay late whenever the manager feels like it * Can't keep customers or get good reviews / referrals because they are constantly complaining about the product * Management in a specific department (not all) will discriminate based on whether you're related to important people, they will swear, yell, speak ill of other coworkers... totally unprofessional. * Distrust in the employees with check-up calls to your desk early morning, and if your manager is on travel, throughout the day * Professional services department is making a great effort, but the customers seem to complain about upgrades often

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
