Pros

Some of the co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Management is horrible. They are always asking for extra work, even outside of your normal work hours. They will often throw you on projects last minute and expect you to finish with limited resources, an extremely buggy product and being blamed for most of the shortcomings of the product. Most of these projects end up being band-aids to fix key issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. They go to all extents to cover their tracks on their bad decisions and even force you to go in gray areas of legality in some items. At the end of the day. Instead of having your back, you are just thrown under the bus. When it comes to compensation, they will use the lamest excuse to downplay your performance. In an overview of the market, this company has the lowest compensation possible.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
