      Some good colleagues and friends made, all have left the company

      Worst management ever, CEO and all executive management are narcissists. Management by bullying and constantly threatening. Revolving door in the sale team, constantly over hires and fires. Always firing people to cut costs and everyone else is overworked. The sales quotas are always unrealistic by 50-70%. No on eve every hits quota, in fact most are lucky to get 30-50%. Now wonder after 25 years they are still such a small company. It is obvious that the board is not doing their job otherwise they would have gotten rid of the CEO and executive management a long time ago. so much nepotism.

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
