Pros
I guess the health benefits aren’t terrible, but don’t let that sway you from everything else
Cons
Management, work life balance, mental health strain, unrealistic expectations, the list goes on. They carrot dangle new college grads and those who lost their jobs from covid. The beginning doesn’t seem too bad, then it flips a switch once their busy season starts. You can’t be away from your desk to go to the bathroom for more than 2 mins, if you are you will come back to messages from managers yelling at you to get back on. The managers are also younger or incompetent. One manager is also very creepy towards younger workers, was brought to managements attention and their response was basically “oh that’s just how he is”. They force required weekends, when during the interview it was said to be on rotation. You start to work 10–12 hour days without notice. I had a coworker who got their wedding day off request declined. They act like they care and throw “goodies” at you but are basically just carrot dangling and gas lighting.
