Pros
I just started with eMaint a few weeks ago but felt compelled to post my thoughts. If anything changes I'll certainly revise my review, but I definitely don't see that happening. eMaint has a strong work hard, play hard mentality.... Work Hard: - Been in business for 30+ years so they have a strong process in place (you won't be asked to reinvent the wheel). - Since 2012, eMaint has experienced rapid growth (over 30% per year), so career opportunities are endless! - Really great software that sells itself. You can believe in your product. - The CEO (also founder of the company and original developer of the software) and all of management is extremely nice and very good at what they do. This is an amazing team here! - Company (and sales if applicable) training- typically fly you to NJ/Philly office and meet the rest of the team within the fist few weeks of employment. Play Hard: - FREE lunch Wednesdays and Fridays - FREE soft drinks and snacks throughout the work day- just help yourself - Company cruise every year- all expenses paid for and the whole company is invited! - Company outings, such as beach parties and other get togethers - FREE tickets to certain sporting events (currently only in Philly office but eventually in Bonita Springs as well). They currently have really good seats to Eagles, Philly's and Flyers games that any employee can use. - Very casual dress code and a "start up" tech company feel.
Cons
Inside sales isn't for everyone. eMaint has a fun atmosphere which makes it a lot easier though.
