Experience with remote/on-site client infrastructure maintenance/deployments. Free lunch (this is done solely to keep staff in the office, take a 15 minute lunch, and get back to work) You will work with some Good people. and you'll share the same feeling. The feeling I speak of is Depression! You will receive a paycheck every two weeks. (Wow, what company does that!!!) Cons
The owner doesn't understand the meaning of Positive re-enforcement. No Congratulations will EVER be awarded. You will often work in excess of 40 hours, It will NOT be paid. The Benefits are sickening, so you might need to use them shortly after receiving them. Vacation time accrual is the worst I have ever experienced. Period. You will be un-ethically taken advantage of, somehow, someway. Its not IF, but When. If you were living in Kentucky, the salary might...might be considered Average for the job title. You will be micro-managed by the owner, all the time. The ads to work for eMazzanti that talk about Fun are completely untrue.
