I've worked at eMazzanti Technologies for only a few months but the passion and energy is infectious and the culture of customer satisfaction is truly inspiring and one of the key reasons I joined eMazzanti. I've worked at start-ups to enterprise companies for multiple decades. eMazzanti provides the flexibility and entrepreneurship of a start-up while at the same time investing in best practices, tools, process improvements, marketing, and employee career growth typically reserved to enterprise companies. Management support is awesome; so far everything I've asked for to be successful in my job seems to show up the next day. The teams very much enjoy the fast paced working environment, are super friendly, skilled, helpful, and extremely committed to providing customer's with a high level of value add services. eMazzanti is an energetic culture and rewards for high performance. We work hard but there are lots of laughs. Feedback is sincere and there is a true open door policy. I feel confident I'm gaining valuable experience that will provide benefits to my customers, the company, and aligns with my long term career goals.

There are not as many employee benefit options to select from as there is at some of the larger enterprise size companies I've worked for.
