Met the recruiter at the NJIT career fair, i was interested in Network Engineering so i figured this would be an ideal career. I've done internships at large companies working on Cisco, juniper, security e.t.c so i expected the same here. I should have followed my instincts after walking out of the interview at this tiny place. I did regret turning down other offers to work here. I wasn't doing any Networking stuff as the job description claimed rather it was help-desk working on Microsoft products, printer issues, dispatches to install monitors e.t.c. firewall configs was the only interesting part. I quickly realized i'm wasting my time at this place and through my school career services i finally received an offer at a Fortune 500 company doing what Network Engineers are supposed to do. I'm now working on an advanced degree that i wouldn't have a chance to pursue at emazzanti
Other reviews talk about career growth and i fail to understand what growth you receive. You will only grow to be someone's pet (no work-life balance). Once you realize how many people come and go then you will have a talk with your own senses.
Good luck.
