For the sake of privacy I will my give sit of detail., however I can say that owner has good vision in the biggest of pictures but fails to see things through properly. Owner failed to properly delegate and instead was often jump on in and impeding process when not needed at that level in the first place.
Owner would do well with learning to trust his employees more.
Also do not apply expecting to really be an 'engineer' as there title suggests. It's primarily help desk work. Owner likes to call them engineers since it's easier to justify billing.
