Pros
Amazing group of talented people; casual/laid back atmosphere; the ability to move around and grow is a huge plus. Always something new to learn (and someone willing to teach it to you).The company as a whole just has so much potential.
Cons
The current atmosphere doesn't really foster collaboration or communication between departments; The Leadership Team's lack of direction trickles down to all aspects of the company (feeling optimistic that this will change with guidance from new CEO). Concerned that we're losing sight of the values and culture that has defined who we are since the beginning.
