Pros
It is a growing company so many new opportunities are there for freshers as well as experienced employees. Company rules and policies are easy to adhere to and very helpful for employees to maintain to it. Overall experience was good and very insightful.
Cons
The hr to the employee ratio is very low which creates pressure on the hr to manage the team and a situation of mismanagement gets created.
