I work here for over a year. Flexible, lot of breaks. Company for freshers not for experienced people, they only hire fresher and train them and after few months when they learn about eTeam reality they left, then again they hire new batch same process again. When CEO so called PriciPAL come he talk about millions, but when it come to pay. He say SORRY SHAKTIMAAN. Yeah we are kind of SHATIMAAN as we work hard in nights and when it comes to pay you SAY SORRY, so people leave after 6 months or year. SUGGESTION: for long term don't go for it. To earn experience and learn join it coz they will not give you increment and

Many I can Say: Suggestion: Before you decide work with eTeam please check with Former employees or check in Noida market. So you'will get fair idea what they are in actually. About NOIDA Center: No Infrastructure, I don't know why they call it MNC. For DUSTBINS we waited for 3 months. THEY fire people without any explanation. First they promote people and then they demote them by saying we don't have enough work so you have to work as recruiter. LOLZ SOUNDS VERY FUNNY.... IMP CONS: DIRTY CHEAP POLITICS NO STANDARD NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING IN NIGHTS FOR THEM IN LESS MONEY AS COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES MIDDLE MANAGEMENT IS LAACHAAR
