They also started this Hybrid model where you just need to go onsite in office for few days in a month which seems nice compared to going to the office everyday and spending extra hours in your travel.

the commission scheme could be more lucrative & work life balance could be better but that's i guess that's the Con in every Target based industry/Target based job.
