entire 3 years i was in search of Pros in this company, but there in none. No appraisals , no value of hard work, no value of worker
Cons
No Appraisals - Every appraisal cycle they creates a bubble that we are out of budget, no appraisals this time, we will do it in next time, and next time the scenario is the same. High Management is really poor, they don't know how to work on the ground, just sitting in high positions and showing their greediness towards business. Salaries are too low, they want labours in low salary and high work.
