Zero corporate organization, constantly changing systems & platforms, lacking operational efficiency, does not have a high value on employee experience and often corporate employees play second fiddle to agent wishes & demands. No knowledge management so finding information is increasingly difficult. No change management, but constantly changing platforms after not implementing well or surveying staff for their opinions. No feedback loop or regular performance reviews unless requested.
