Cons

• No physical brick-and-mortar office for those who prefer it although Regus business lounge space is included for free • Requires personal accountability and self-direction unless you join an exp real estate production team • The model can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of opportunities. eXp has everything but sometimes agents struggle to find what they need (although expert care availabe 24/7 significantly helps that problem now) • Success level can be affected by choosing the right sponsor and support structure and many agents don't know it until it's too late

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

Cons

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
