The cloud-based model is convenient, training resources are solid, and there are multiple ways to grow income through commissions, stock, and revenue share. It also gives agents freedom to manage their own schedule and brand.

Cons

Because the model is highly independent, newer agents can struggle if they need a lot of hands-on support or structure. Success depends heavily on your own lead generation, consistency, and ability to manage your business. Some fees and split structures can also feel frustrating, especially early on when deals are not closing consistently.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

Cons

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
