      Technology, culture, ownership in the company, network of people, education, opportunity -- too many to list!

      Cons

      If you absolutely need the structure and walls of an office -- it might not be for you, but even then there are ways to have an office.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
