This company is all about AGENTS HELPING AGENTS... to build their business as well as REVENUE SHARE (not profit share) from company commission splits, allowing us to build a passive, residual income for retirement. This, combined with phenomenal support and training AND publicly traded stock (which is soaring) GIVEN to us made my decision to join eXp a "no-brainer"!
