      The list is long, cloud based, live and recorded training, best CRMs available free with your tech fee $50. Culture, VR office, work from anywhere, Revenue Share, stock options, 80/20 split, 16k cap, icon agents get their cap back in stock.

      If you can't be self motivated real estate may not be for you

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
