      Innovation at it's finest, amazing leadership, ownership in the company, commision splits that no national company can match, and long term wealth through ownership AND revenue sharing!

      Cons

      Rapid growth causes any company a few hiccups, but the leadership of eXp is always a step ahead to keep the ship on course!!

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
