      Pros

      Too many to speak to. from the low costs, the people, the cloud experience, the tools to generate more business, AND the other streams of income.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any, IT took about a month or so to wean myself of driving for 30 minutes to the office for the social.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
