Remote environment takes getting used to, especially from a social point of view. Very fast paced which can get exhausting. The only constant is change.

You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
