Support and the eXp University is excellent, Training is available from basic to new age, The Managing staff is easily accessible, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The technology availability is terrific and there are 3 streams of income available to work with to build your business and your retirement. The camaraderie amongst the brokerage is motivating. Although it is cloud-based, I've never felt more engaged and talked with more people than I ever did at a brick & mortar brokerage office (and I've been with a number of them in my 14 years in real estate). I'm having my best year ever!
