eXp Realty does have some strict does and don'ts but they are doing it for the safety of the agents and staff.

They used to have the best cloud-based model and ample online training with eXp World.

Very disappointed by their inadequate mentorship program. The lack of structured guidance and hands-on support made it incredibly difficult to get my real estate business off the ground during those critical first few months as a brand new agent.
