Good for more experienced realtors to be completely solo If starting out make sure you team up with someone you can physically shadow as your office is virtual and you'll need that in person experience

Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.
Cons
You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
