      My Manager, the people I work with, the work culture, and the growth opportunities, working fully remotely.

      Cons

      There's nothing besides the typical downsides of working remotely (it doesn't bother me).

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
