Pros
My family joined eXp Realty in 2018. Hands down it has been one of the very best decisions we have ever made in our real estate career. I never thought the brokerage made any difference in terms of how many homes an agent sells in a year and I still believe that. However, the health care, revenue share, stock grants, being able to purchase the stock at a 10% discount, agent splits and ICON program have changed our lives financially. I can go on and on about this brokerage. Just think… there is a reason other brokerages are trying to replicate the eXp Realty business model.
Cons
I DON’T have any. I have heard a couple cons though from others:
1) Limited office space.
2) they don’t like how there are organizations within the company.
3) lack of support/ training from broker
To be clear I have not experienced any of these. It’s just what I have heard from others.
