      What I love about eXp Realty is that it's agent-centric. The company really helps their agents succeed. There's wealth of classes being held each week. The brokers are always available by email or the online virtual world.

      Cons

      The mentors could use some motivation or more work. Maybe incentivize them to further help their mentees and make sure they always help them

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
