      There is broker support, lots of webinars, agents at exp, classes, and good split.

      Cons

      No in person office, can be lonley, you should find a good team of group of agents.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
