Pros

Great technology and support. I was able to 2x my income when I joined with eXp and that is really due to the community support.

Cons

Somewhat high fees unless you're able to hit Icon status which you get all your brokerage fees back in stock!

Pros

Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

Cons

You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
