      A cloud-based real estate brokerage? yes, please. All the systems in place to make employees feel part of a team, no matter where they work!

      A couple apps used are tedious and will be updated but overall, a great company!~

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
