      Not a con so much as a word of advice, you must be prepared to be HIGHLY agile to succeed in advancing your career as one of the key attributes that makes eXp so different is the level of agility we provide day-to-day

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
