      Pros

      Far better splits than most other brokerages when I worked there. Pretty much let you run your business like you wanted to.

      Cons

      Getting ahold of a broker wasn't easy but also wasn't impossible, but hope they've gotten better since then.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
