      Easy to get set up with and hang your license. Some benefits and a ton of resources. There are really good teams within the brokerage.

      Cons

      You have to go and get whatever you're looking for. Guidance and training is limited to who you work with and what you seek out.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
