Pros

You are your own boss and you can do anything you want within your state and national laws! Great training online.

Cons

They are a huge company so you have access to many brokers and may get someone different any time you need to call them. If you are a new agent, you have a mentor to help you, and that mentor may not be as good as a smaller agency broker.

Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

Cons

Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
