      Pros

      Commission spilts are great. If you want to go the recruiter route, the revenue share program is a great way to have another source of income.

      Cons

      If you are new to the industry, it may not be the best fit. It can feel a bit lost and alone if you are a solo agent just starting out since eXp is a virtual brokerage. There isn't a great local community to exchange ideas or motivate each other.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
