Pros
Great exposure to really smart people in Fortune 100 companies. company culture - Focused and driven but still somewhat chill. Dynamic teams, sometimes projects span between US and India. Mostly a professional environment, specifically for people who take their jobs seriously, but there are always a few that are spoiling it for everyone else. Most of the employees I have seen who joined as fresher, stay her for at least 3-5 years and very appreciative group of talented core members.
Cons
working hours! Anyone who's been in this technology domain knows this (this is not a 9 to 5 bank teller job). You have to learn how to manage your day. Better hand holding needed for new comers, few amenities need improvement. I was surprised when I saw those negative reviews on here. For the most part, people are pretty happy at the company and like what they do. I know that there were some people who got let go recently, I guess somebody always has an axe to grind.
