Pros
Potential for growth within industry, focus on wireless networking. You work with highly talented, highly awesome people. They challenge you that makes you to learn a lot here and become very successful. If you apply yourself you can move up the chain at a reasonable pace unlike in any other companies.
Cons
The ridiculous reviews left by other people. I laughed when reading some of them about and could not disagree more. If someone has a negative perception of this company or of the management, it's because they just probably were not suited to work here. I am not sure that would require a negative review. Every company has its own issues. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies, and mid sized companies in my career, I can imagine those people will be in for a huge disappointment down the road with this attitude. Everyone of us always make fun / criticize about every companies we work!!! Irrespective of the many positives the companies have.!! Its all about positive attitude makes all the difference.
